Located in Murfreesboro - approximately 30 miles southeast of Nashville - in the lush, rolling hills of middle Tennessee, our chapter has approximately 80 members. Our Chapter Meeting is on the third Saturday of each month. We meet for a sausage and pancake breakfast at 8:00 a.m. at Sloan's Cycles, 2233 N.W. Broad St, in Murfreesboro. After breakfast, we have a short business meeting, and on good weather days...WE RIDE!!!!! Different members plan the rides and routes for our lunch time destinations or longer. Yep, as you know....GW riders LOVE to eat and ride, or to ride and eat....your choice. And boy, can we tell you some of the BEST places to eat! We welcome all visitors to our monthly meeting and rides. In addition, please join us for a Weekly Supper Ride on Thursdays. We meet at Sloan's Cycles, 2233 N.W. Broad St, in Murfreesboro. Rides leave at 6:00 PM. We pick a different place every week within a one hour ride of Murfreesboro and take the prettiest routes there. If you choose not to ride your bike for whatever reason, join us anyway in your vehicle. And, if it is raining, come on in your car...we will pick a local restaurant for a quick supper. |
